Ted Baxter of Youtube: Cenk Uygur

If Bill O'Reilly is the Ted Baxter of Fox News, who is the Ted Baxter of Youtube? Cenk Uygur is. And the recent chemical spill in West Virginia that contaminated the capital city's drinking water gave Cenk the perfect opportunity to go full retard, uh, full Ted Baxter.

Ted Baxter of Youtube: "In West Virginia, we had a disastrous leak... This was apparently due to lack of regulation. Now, I say that, I don't know why I added apparently 'cause it's definitely due to lack of regulation. It turns out if you're in the chemical making business they do regulate you, if you're in the chemical storing business not so much as in not at all."

Not at all, Ted? So, by contaminating the river that is the source of Charleston's tap water, that tank farm violated no regulations? Really, Ted? Any reasonable person knows that a number of regulations were violated.

Of course Ted Baxter of Youtube is stupid, but he's not that fucking stupid. He is just going full retard in order to attack Republican Speaker George Hamilton.

Reporter: "...plant hadn't been inspected since 1991. Is that just part of the trade off with less regulation?"

Boehner: "No, the issue is this, we have enough regulations on the books. And what the administration ought to be doing is actually doing their jobs. Why wasn't this plant inspected since 1991? I am entirely confident that there are ample regulations already on the books to protect the health and safety of the American people. Somebody ought to be held accountable here. What we try to do is look at those regulations that we think are cumbersome, are over the top and that are costing our economy jobs. That's where our focus continues to be."

Ted Baxter of Youtube: "That's amazing. He just argued for less regulations. After we had a situation where we had no regulations."

Boehner answered a loaded question. Does anyone with private sector experience really think that this tank farm was not inspected since 1991? It was not hidden away on Possum Holler Road in the woods outside Podunkville. It borders the airport in the capital city. Of course it was inspected. West Virginia inspectors visited chemical spill site five times since 2001.

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Water and Waste Management (DWWM) is requiring Freedom Industries Inc. to remove the contents in the 11 remaining above-ground storage tanks at its Etowah Terminal in Charleston. Funny how the state government has the regulations already on the books that give it the power to order the tank farm to clean up its mess and transfer the contents of those tanks to other facilities. So much for Ted's claim of no regulations.

But Ted Baxter of Youtube knew all along he was lying. Cenk is a propagandist feeding bullshit to ignorant asses. So why did MSNBC replace him with a con artist who reads a teleprompter no better than a third grader?
